You might have heard people saying, HEC Coursera Courses and blah and blah. But the question is, are these courses really free? Coursera is a paid platform, so how can HEC offered everyone free unlimited courses through this platform?
To my knowledge, no it is not free. Each learner will have to submit Rs.8000 (Non-reimbursable) to the listed bank account mentioned in registration procedure.
Those learners who have applied previously will be reimbursed on successful completion of 3 courses.
Coursera License is available free of cost for the students of PUBLIC SECTOR Universities who are disabled with some physical or mental impairment. A limited number of free of cost licenses will be distributed among those students on a first-come, first-serve basis.
